Plank Step-Up Challenge 4th March 2017





Get Fit Fast with this amazing exercise which will Tone your Upper Body, Core, and give you an incredible Cardio Workout.

Step Up and Down for 90 seconds on an Aerobic Step, Stair or Pile of Books 20cm high.

Count the number of Step-Ups performed.

Keep good form by holding a flat back. A total of 5 points will be awarded for good technique. These will be added to the number of Reps Completed.
